Indiana Fire Academy fosters an environment for our players where learning never stops. In conjunction with expecting our players to continue growing their understanding of the game, the club continues to support our coaches in their pursuit to learn modern coaching practices and incorporate their expanding understandings during training and competition. While our Technical Leadership staff mentors our coaches during training sessions and matches, a big piece of the process involves completing U.S. Soccer coaching courses, further developing our coaches as professionals.
